Hong Kong Chinese in Auburndale

I ordered my food last night and my fiancé went and picked it up and what he brought home was not my order. I called to let them know that my order was wrong and they read back what I ordered and it was still wrong from what they read back. So I corrected them again and they hung up on me. So it’s very obvious that we will not be eating there again.

Kids at the front taking your order are rude theres not a good customer service there

Placed two orders one order was wrong... but it wouldn't have mattered the veggies were soggy and didn't have much taste to most the meal..would not recommend....😒😒😒

The food is amazing here!!! It's similar to the restaurant I went to before I moved to Florida from NY. The fried rice is really soft and the pork adds so much flavor into it. Their lo mein is literally the best I've ever had!!! I favorite is still their bourbon chicken but it's the best when I eat it right away. It gets dry after 20 mins or so. The low reviews are some of the worst I've ever seen and I personally feel it's purposely trying to bring the restaurant's rating down. Will definitely be BACK!!!

It was good food filled me up and the prices are reasonable

I would give 2.5 as only half of my order was edible. The Singapore Mei Fun was DELICIOUS. The chicken sticks were fresh; big pieces of meat and worth the price. However, when I opened my boneless pork spareribs, there was an immediate stench of spoiled meat masked under the sauce. The hot and sour soup had no flavor in spite of all the ingredients. I spent $30 and only $15 of it was edible. I haven't eaten Chinese food for a while so I was looking forward to it. This was a disappointment.

Best Chinese food in town!

Whoever the girl is answering the phone needs to be fired! Zero customer service skills! She was so rude, I changed my mind, and decided to take my business elsewhere. I’ll order from some place else who would welcome my business

I regularly stop purchasing some food here. I enjoy the prompt service and well prepared dishes. I recommend this place.

The food I got was good

Was very basic Chinese no frills no thrills.rice and noodles were tastelass. The sweet n sour hard. The chicken sticks had no real taste. Only up side was it feed 4 adults and a child for 33$. Would have went to to Green tea, but it's Monday and they are closed. If you are looking for some cheap food look no further.

Food is awesome but I bet you’re losing a ton of money saying you’re open at 11 when you’re not. Update your web sight or something damn

They are open but I have not been there yet. I usually go to the Subway restaurant right next door to them. I hope to check out some Chinese Food at this restaurant very soon and will give them a rating at that time. The 4 star rating is based on the cleanliness of the place as I looked in from out front. Will change rating once I have eaten the food.

Good takeout food.

Pretty darn good. General Tsos was hot, crispy and (per request) nice and spicy. Portions were fair and the egg roll was great.

My first time visiting there I ordered chicken fried rice. When I got home to open the container instead of chicken there were shredded pieces of frog legs instead which wasn't even on the menu so Idk how they even did that. Needless to say I never went back😒

A little hole on the wall restaurant with some decent Chinese. Nothing fancy or exotic. Run by real Chinese people. Better for take-out than eat-in. Good price, and good selection. Everything made fresh, nothing from the prep-drawer.If the folks there were happier to see me instead of acting like the were there on probation it works add to the experience.

The staff is very friendly. The place is small but clean. The food is really good and the prices are quite affordable.

Good food, the lady taking my order at the counter had RBF and was not nice at all, other than that, the food was good, started to look around to see if i could see any roaches. Then i stopped looking because i wasn't sure if i really wanted to see one lol and for God sake clean your front windows. They are so foggy, it's unreal, its like they clean them with the grease from their frying pans

I really like the food and that's why I'm giving them 5 stars.I hope people realize that for such a small take out restaurant to stay in business for 14 years is no easy feat.The majority of people who complain about not getting enough meat in the rice, waiting too long for delivery, and bad service are here only because they did not like what they got and thus feel obligated to seek revenge by rating it 1 star on here.Many who loved Hong Kong just simply love it and does not think of going on Google to make others aware of how delicious this restaurant is.I just want others to realize that it's not fair to the restaurant on the ratings bc of i response bias.

This place obviously knows how to serve their customers. Regularly with a friendly mindset. The food is conveniently priced, regularly delicious and neat.

Awesome food and great service

Please try this place!!! Their honey wings are soooooooo delicious and their shrimp fried rice is the BEST! MY kids and I love their food here and have been coming for YEARS!!!! Delivery is fast when they;'re not that busy but it could take up to an hour sometimes. Lunch deals are only $6 so come in during lunch!

Very Bland and mediocre food. Just go across the street and get Green Tea. It's significantly better.

Small take out, no table service, food ok

I normally go here a lot and i never had a any trouble. Until now , people people please check your debit or credit card. This place just took $5 dollar over the amount that i had on the receipt. The receipt said $18.08 and they took $23. $5 that i could of use for my newborn. If this is the type of business we are doing then I'm good on moving along with someone more people friendly.. not scamming and steeling money from people!! Thanks...
